Check that the dates you want are available by clicking on the henhouse on the right. If they are free, e-mail or call to reserve your dates. We will confirm the booking as soon as possible and hold it for a week pending receipt of your deposit.
Short breaks - Saturday to Monday inclusive and Tuesday to Friday inclusive - are charged at 60% of the weekly rate for that week. They can be booked ahead for January, February and November. At other times of the year, we will book short breaks within three weeks of the date of arrival, subject to availability.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance a month before arrival. Late bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
If the booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeit. If the balance has been paid, we will make all efforts to re-let the cottage and if so your balance will be refunded by cheque. Otherwise your balance (or part thereof if we can only re-let a part of the period) will be forfeit.
Payment method
We do not have a card payment facility, so please pay by cheque. We will hold a provisional booking for one week to allow for the post.

Whilst we understand that minor breakages happen, we expect you to take good care of the cottage and its contents and leave them in the same condition as on your arrival. You will be liable for the cost of any damages, major breakages, and any extra cleaning or repair costs that are incurred due to your non-compliance with this condition.
The cottage is able to sleep up to four people plus a cot, which we will provide at no extra cost. If you require a second cot (there is space), you will need to bring one or we can hire one at a cost of £25 per week. This number cannot be exceeded.
A midweek linen and towel change can be booked in advance at a cost of £30.
We reserve the right to enter the cottage at reasonable times to inspect the cottage and/or carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
There is off-road parking for two cars. We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs to your vehicles whilst on our property.
Dogs
We welcome dogs with responsible owners. Your dog/s must be kept under control at all times and for the sake of future guests, we ask that you do not allow them on the beds, and that the garden is left clean and hygienic at the end of your stay.
